Your Strategic Partner every day – and night – of the year

A potential vendor came into our office in mid-November to make a pitch. We were quite interested and asked about a realistic deployment schedule. As dental practice management software developers, we’re all about proactivity, responsiveness and timely best results for our own customers.

“Let’s see,” he started. “November’s almost over, and December’s a write-off with the holidays, so we could target first week of January.”

“Huh?” I thought to myself. “Could I come to live on your planet?” Last time I checked, December can be one of the busiest months of the year. In our office, we’re working full tilt to fast-track data conversions and fulfill our commitments for timely and efficient implementations.

What’s the scenario in your office? If you’re like most dental practices we support, I doubt your scheduler is sitting blank. Parents take advantage of school vacations to fit in family appointments. And calendar-year dental plan deductibles tend to put people in use-it-or-lose-it mode.

If you do happen to find some down time in the calendar, it’s a prime opportunity to download software version updates or organize training for your team. It might also be an excellent time to delight your patients with a shiny new portal! We have all kinds of tools to help you launch and sustain this strategic success-builder throughout the New Year.

If it’s any consolation, the ABELDent team will be open for business and hard at work, even on December 25th and 28th. There’s no sign of anything slowing down, and we actually like it that way! So if there’s anything we can do for you and your team throughout this holiday season – whenever your most important Holiday is – we’re only a jingle bell away.
